I purchased a Maytag stove through Home Depot.com and made the mistake of accepting delivery of a defective unit. Temco, the delivery agent, told me it was only missing a rubber foot and that they could bring it to me the next day. They didn't bring it for a week, and when they did they discovered that the frame was bent and the original foot was there, just unserviceable. At that point I was outside the 48 hour return policy. Temco then put it on me to resolve the issue. I've been back and forth with Maytag, with HomeDepot.com, with Maytag again, but no one is giving me a definitive resolution to the problem. Temco should have taken care of resolving this because it was their error. My fault in trusting them - never should have accepte delivery.
