I purchased over $9,000 in Maytag Appliances October.in the delivery process my home was damaged and unsatisfactory repairs were made "Mickey Mouse".
I spoke to Jay Klossterman the District Manager for Arizona and never recevied a return call from him on customer satisfaction.
I want everyone to know Maytag products are not any better then what you can buy elsewhere. The service received from eveyone at the store was less the crediable. Unfortunately I spoke to so many different people and wrote so many letters without a response. I would never buy from them again.
Maytag is really a Rip-Off. Extended service warranty takes about 2 hours to schedule and then time frame for appliance to be seen is outat least 5 weeks.
