Bought a Maytag freezer from Home Depot. It was supposedly a self defroster but it freezes up every few months. The sent a repairman from Appl;iance Repairs of central Pa. Who said this was a common defect on Maytag freezers and he would fix it.
Well, he didn't and it froze up again in a few months. I contacted Maytag and they said it was now out of warranty and would do nothing. I said well it was the same problem and it was not fixed right in the first place. They said tough and would not repair it. Also, I contacted Home Depot who would not back their sale.
I guess this is the world of ripoffs and there is nothing we can do about it.
