I canceled the service in February because I was not or never had used the service and it charged my card again in march when I called to get the charge reversed and the first lady I talked to said that she could not see the charge at all. I called back and talked to another man and he said that he could see the charge and that there was nothing they could do to reverse the charge. I talked to the manager and she also said that there was nothing she could do. This company is a scam and they have horrible customer service. Don't get pulled into this the people are very hard to deal with and it does not do anything for you.
