Dish Network s Hopper doesn't live up to the advertising same as their customer service. We have The Hopper with the top 250 package. The system has not worked right from day one. We have called more than 12 times without it being fixed. It took the threat of a bbb complaint to get a tech to visit. Most of the people we have deal with in both customer support and tech support have been incredibly rude. We finally told a supervisor we would cancel and she actually threatened us. "I don't care why you cancel, if you do I'll charge your credit card four hundred dollars for doing so". Shocking. I finally made a bbb complaint and our service still doesn't work.
