I placed an order on February 22 for a total of $91.76
9 days later I emailed them as I had not received my order. "Kathy" responded that it would be shipped out in 10 business days! So, three weeks to get a notebook and some pencils? No thanks. I cancelled the order and she confirmed it the same day. Here we are now on March 18 and still no refund. My bank says they have 30 days. What a joke. What a ripoff.
