I went to their site to order Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas, I used my credit card and waited, the payment went through "wedopay.net". I recieved an email claiming the style I wanted was unavailable and offered a $5 discount to pick a different pair.By then it was less than a week before Christmas so I simply said no, refund my money I do not want different boots. It took till mid January before they even acknowledged my refund. Then said their bank will refund all but an 8% fee. I said ok send me a refund minus the 8% knowing I would dispute this with my credit card co. Again they ignored me, my credit card co. Got involved and ended up charging the $118.76 back from their account.in anger they began writing me saying they would destroy my credit, blah, blah, blah. Further research revealed the Ugg boots they sell are Chinese fakes that are very poor replicas. I also discovered that their scam is to keep payments and wear you down with denials and attempted bully tactics. They never recealed a phone number, my advice is to buy no Ugg boots from China or any merchant unwilling to call you from a phone. I'm doing all I can to stop them from stealing American dollars, please help!
