My Wife ordered a pair of (what we thought were going to be UGG boots for Christmas) from the UGG Store. We were billed $148.15 by Beauty Room Clothing SUZHOU. We received a pair of used UGG boots that have had the soles of the boots sowed back on. The boots are in used condition and I will not let her ware them. Contacted our credit card company and they said we had to at least attempt to send item back for a refund. We are in the process of doing that.
