I charged a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas at end of Oct. The boots never arrived.in the meanwhile someone in China was trying to charge $700 to my credit card company and the credit card company called me. I cancelled the card. The boots were $125 and still have not arrived. I have checked with the confirmation department for ugg-bootsoutletstores.net and their responses have been in order: the boots will arrive any day; we cannot cancel the order; we will credit you in part, but would not tell me how much; the boots will arrive soon; the boots were signed for; when I asked who signed for them they said someone named Cantor in the UK (I live in the USA); then they said oh, you are right, we emailed you days ago that those boots were discontinued and to select another pair!
I called my credit card company to report them. To this day, no boots, just a big scam to get my credit card info for someone posing to have a real website. Stay away!!!
