My family are in need of a four bedroom home. We found American Standard on Craigslist. We called, were given the ends and outs. We were told that we needed to get five rejection letters before having money returned to us. We were told about a five bedroom home for 600.00 a month. The home was listed on the list we were given. Because the home was not that far from us, we decided to drive by the home. The house was completed abandoned. Our letter was sitting in the mailbox. When we called the number to talk to Chris, we received a voicemail. Four messages have been left and we still have not heard from him. Called customer service and was told supervisor was not in, and we needed 15 rejection letters. But how are we to get letters if homes are empty. He also stated that some of the people have no idea they are on the list of so-called fore closure list.
