Bought a whirlpool hot water tank and noticed right away we wern't getting as much hot water as we should. Contacted customer service who refused to send a serviceman to repair it saying I lived to far from the service center. Funny they didn't refuse to sell it to me. Told me if I got it repaired they would repay me for parts but weren't responsible for the labor costs. This was a brand new unit under warrenty!!! Beware of whirlpool!!!
