I am going to rip hard on another company that has ripped me off, but thought I would give a quick shout out to one company that has treated me right. When I call Call XM/Sirius, it always goes to a human being in customer service. No crappy get lost menu. Thank you XM/sirius. You may have call centers in foreign countries, but Panama City, Panama, and Kingston, Jamaica work for me, I understand the reps and they understand me. More kudos. And although your reps are also sales people, I see nothing wrong with that, if you can fix my problem, I am more likely to buy it from the same person, who doesn't trust the person that fixes your issues? Xm? Sirius, don't change your customer service.
