He was kind, professional and guided me through the whole process. I had a bad experience with Steiner Sports and I am not ashamed to admit I was a bit skeptical about ordering memorabilia online again. Klaus reassured me and answered all my questions. We spent quite some time on the phone without even realizing it. Today I received my item and it looks amazing this piece took me back to my childhood. This company has great prices and staff!
