Needed an item shipped prior to 5/5 - Tom Seaver autographed baseball (Cy Young) and case

I wanted to write a short note regarding the service that Klaus Peters provided to me and my daughter. It was almost 6 P.M. On a Friday night and I was desperately seeking a gift for my daughter%u2019s boyfriend%u2019s birthday. Of course, she waited until the last minute! After finding the perfect idea for a gift on the Internet (which was easy with your website), I felt if I did not order it right away it may not arrive until after his birthday on 5/5. I decided to try to call, but didn%u2019t expect to get the phone number or let alone a %u201Clive%u201D person to speak with. I was delighted when Klaus answered the phone and even more ecstatic when he was so helpful with suggestions. He took the time to explain the reasons I should purchase the Tom Seaver Cy Young baseball and worked within my budget. His idea of purchasing a case for the ball at a reasonable (no, a great price) topped off the uniqueness of the gift and made my daughter the happiest I have seen her in months!

I don%u2019t usually write letters for good service (as I don%u2019t get it that often), but his service was well beyond good or even excellent. I thank your company once again and please try to recognize Klaus for such an excellent job. I am a baseball fan, but would have had no idea what to purchase had I not had the pleasure of speaking with Klaus.

I will certainly recommend your Company to my friends and in particular, have them ask for Klaus. Again, thank him for all of his time, courtesy and excellent suggestions.

P.S. As I was writing this letter, I wanted to make sure it was on its way as my daughter is driving me crazy. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Klaus once again. They were having computer problems and difficulty communicating with the warehouse. Klaus personally went down to the warehouse to ensure it was sent. He called me back within 15 minutes with the great news that it was shipped and on its way. Again, Thank You Klaus! You deserve a promotion.
