I want to thank Klaus Peters (MY KLAUSY!) from the bottom, top and everywhere in between of my heart, for all of his help, knoweldge, and most of all PATIENCE! He was beyond knoweldgable of the product that I requested and could not have been any more generous in his time and effort. I really had no idea about my product and Klaus filled me in on every detail. He also went above and beyond monitoring my purchase and informed me through every step-from the item being in the warehouse, to its arriving for inspection to authenticity, to its arrival date... I had a direct contact number for Klaus and he seemed like he was avaliable all the time! I am sooooo very happy with my purchase and I owe it all to my Klausy! I hope there are several people, who will want sports gifts for the holidays. I cannot wait to shop with my Klausy again!!!
