I took advantage of the Kunulift trial offer on Feb. 16th and was billed on my account on the 21st, afterwards i received the product. On March 5th, my bank account was debited $86.75 which i immediately called the company only to find out that my trial days expired on March 1st. I spoke with 2 customer service personnel and my only options are as follows:
cancel future shipments
keep product and receive a 50% discount on the current charge of $86.75
return product and receive a partial refund of the $66.75 with a stocking fee of $20.00 applied, which will be credited after the product is returned.
Both customer service people said that the charge of $86.75 was written in the fine print at the time of purchase.
I did not see this, nor would i have agreed to it, no matter how good the product is.
