I ordered a 1oz... Free trial on Feb. 19th 2012... Ordered was shipped on Feb. 21. I did'nt received order until 9 days... Later. It was suppose to be a 30 day free trial with a 4.95. Shipping fee which was taken out of my checking account on Feb. 21st... I had called to speak to customer service several times after I received the shipment. And do to a different time zone there was a recorded voice... With no option of leaving a voice mail... I spoke with them on March 8 and spoke with customer service I asked to cancel. And was told that I did'nt call and cancel within the time frame... What is a 30 day trial... False advertisment... I asked customer service to speak to a mgr... Brian... He asked if I left a voice mail... I stated there was no option to leave one... He told me well you received a 30 day 1 oz supply... For 4.95 shipping... March. 8th they took out 84. Dollars and some change the very day I spoke with Brian... The only option for me to do was write Kunulift a letter. To ask for my 84. Change back... Are you joking me 84 dollars for 1oz 30 day trial... Are you kidding me... Scamalert do not order from kunulift its a scam...
