I received several calls from 8171321373 saying that they were from Citibank and asked me to call back at
8669893925. The rep asked that I be prepare to give them personal information to log in, and this is an important call.
I called Citibank using the phone number in the back of the ATM card, and the Citibank rep told me that no Citibank rep has called me to ask for my information. I believe the above phone numbers are a scam, and I am thankful to not have called back the above number. It sounded real, sincere and urgent. Honestly, I did not realized that it was a scam until the Citibank agent told me that no one from Citibank had made that call. If I was more organized, I probably would have written down the above number to call them back. I probably would have given my information out of ignorance.
Banks never call to ask you for identification when you call back! Beware!!! I learned a lesson today and I am thankful.
