Paying for Service i Shouldn't be

Most recently, we have received a bill requesting $14 additional a month for DVR, we did not order or request this service. We did not know the 2 boxes were DVR capable, we do not use DVR; now after 3 months of service surprise we need to pay for the DVR capability. I am still awaiting a callback from Comcast to resolve.

Below is the incident prior to this. The end result, I was told to bad if I want a router, I need to purchase one at my expense. Where does the madness ends.

Today was my 7th attempt to get the free router I was promised when I signed up for service. 12/2 My service was install (internet, cable and voice). I was told when I requested service, installation was free; and I want to know what I need to do and the cost for wireless internet. I was told I just need to call 1800-comcast after my installation to request my router; the router would be free, shipping charger and instructions would come with the router. I requested the router on 12/9 (call #1), called about a week later, because the router had not arrived (call #2); to me the special was over i would not receive the router; however i was told a router would be sent to me
within 3 to 5 days when I called on the 9th. I was not satisfied with the answer, so i called back (3rd call) i was told the special was over; however I could get a modem with a built in router. I had the option to pick it up or it would be sent to me. I elected to have it shipped to me. Week later (4th), no router arrived. Sorry we see that it was requested, something was obviously not done properly, it will be sent to you. Another week goes by, not router (call again 5th time). Spoke to a
couple of people, my order was researched, was not sure why it was not sent, but it will be taken care of. A little over a week ago, a representative said the order should be shipped by UPS on Tuesday 1/2 (6th call). 1/10 called for the 7th time no router. I was told that I was told that the special was over and it would be my own responsibility to buy and install my own router or i could call them to install the router for a fee. I was charge $10.00 on 12/12 for shipping the router, that I did not receive. I was promised a router when I signed up for services, I requested the router on 12/9. I was told on 12/9 the router would be sent. 12/12 i was
charged for shipping the router. I was charged for my installation and for the shipping of a router to me. I was suppose to have free install and a free router, pay for shipping sent to me I request to know who, what and why; I have not received a router from Comcast but I charged the shipping cost (fraudualent charges). Charged an install fee $35 when it was suppose to be free. I have made it clear multiple times that I had not received a router, but not until today were the shipping charges credited to my account at my request, before to today I expect to Comcast to honor their word, and send me a router. I request a router or moneys credited to my account to purchase and
install the router of my choice. I request a credit for the installation. I request a written response to my complaint. I to be total compensated for the lack of customer service; and my time spent on the quest to get what i was promised.
