I ordered the trial size of the product but did not call within the first 14 days to cancel further shipments. I was, however, charged the $69.95 for the next shipment. I realized that I had made the mistake and had to live with that. I never received, however, the second bottle of the product and have called several times only to get a different story each time. Now they are telling me that the original bottle is what I paid for when the ad clearly stated that the trial bottle was $4.79 which I also paid. I seem to have no recourse at this point as they refuse to refund my money or send the product.
