I heard about the product from the Oprah show and decided to try the product. I went onto their website and it stated that it was a FREE 2 week trial offer all I had to pay was the $3.95 for shipping and handling.
I ordered the product and received the package about a week later, inside was a bottle marked 'TRIAL' and a small typed note that lists their products with no prices and nothing else. It also gave a phone number and that if I had any problems call them first.
Within 2 weeks of receiving my trial supply, I received another shipment. I checked my credit card and sure enough they had charged my account for $87.13. I promptly called the phone number provided and requested that my subscription be cancelled and that I did not want anymore shipments. I also stated that I had refused the 2nd shipment and that it was being returned to them.
I waited over 3 weeks to receive a credit on my card. After 3 weeks, I called the phone number again and was told that since I did not cancel my order within the 14 day trial period that I was not entitled to a refund even though they received the product back.
I reviewed the paperwork from my original order and it states that I had 14 days to evaluate the product and if I was unhappy with the product I could CANCEL AT ANYTIME. It also stated that another shipment would be sent every 30 days from the initial order and that I was under no obligations and that I could cancel at anytime.
I called them again and informed them of this. At this time, they tried to tell me that they had no record of ever sending out another shipment. They also stated that the $87.13 charged to my account was for the trial supply. Even though I pointed out to them that according to their website the trial was free except for shipping and handling which I had already paid.
I spoke with them for over 30 minutes and was transferred to several people and I got no where. They just kept stating that they never sent a second bottle even though I had a tracking number for the second bottle that was sent back.
I sincerely hope someone shuts this scam down soon before they bilk too many people out of their hard earned money.
