It took a whole week and multiple effort on my part to get Teleflora to contact me about the wilted flowers they sent to my mother-in-law. They said they could only give me 20% off the order for the mess they delivered. Never order from them! A reputable company would have reimbursed me for the order. Who wants to get a cheap bouquet (8 tulips), wilted? The picture showed a pretty mix of flowers, what I expected for 65$. How embarassing. I sent them pictures taken the same day. Did not matter. They do not care.
