Had t-mobile about 6 years, in the 6 years had many of phone issues, did not work, dropped calls. No signal, etc. Finally got a different carrier, DEC 5 contract was up, New carrier made a mistake and moved my number to there service Dec 3. So t-mobile says we canceled contract early and during the 6 years we had them we carried unlimited everything which bill was 217.86 almost every month, but this last bill they sent was for 282.. 59, they changed our unlimited everything for the month of NOV to Parcel everything so we had to pay for use of text, messages, pic message etc and 50 dollars for early cancellation. We stopped payment at bank but t-mobile went in under our bank card instead of auto pay so they took what they think is theirs. We called them and said we paid till the end of our contract they say we did not. Our last bill before the rip-off bill was 217.86 they took from our bank on 11/21. Now this rip off bill is from 11/03 to 12/2. Now is that not funny that our new carrier took me on on 12/03 and our contract was to 12/05 and we just paid them 217.86 on 11/21 now on 12/22 they took 282.59. They are thieves and they should be stopped!!! I will never deal with them again and will tell everybody I know what they do. I want my last months money back. It is not theirs.
