I ordered an anti-aging skincare product online. It was advertised as free; I only paid a shipping charge of $3.99. I ordered it on Feb 8, and the charge was posted on my credit card the next day. I never received the product. Two weeks later, a charge for $89.99 showed on my card. The 800 number went straight to voice mail, but I found an 877 number online, called that number, and cancelled the order since I never received the product. They verified that the product had indeed never shipped and reversed the charges, or so they said. I am watching my credit card to see if the charges are reversed. If they are not, I will have to dispute the charges - what a hassle!
