On 11/13/09, ordered online for a "free" sample of acai-pure (order # 1703248). Only charge would be $4.95 for S/H. Did not apparently read fine print on bottom of screen and received product few weeks later. Tried product (no results?). Also unknowingly was enrolled in a Fit Factory plan of some type, also incurring charges on credit card for unknown services. Tried e-mailing company. No results. Online info showed this was a scam, called numerous 800 numbers, tried to cancel, actually talked to someone, canceled further product and services on 1/19/09. I was given an RMA return authorization number to return product on the way to me currently. Also called credit card company to stop further charges from occurring. Waiting for next credit card statement to come to see if further charges are added.
