I ordered Dazzle White and Clean Whites a product which claimed to whiten teeth. They advertised a "risk free 14 day trial" and they only requested that you pay the shipping. After I gave them my credit card information to pay the shipping, a few days later the charge for shipping appeared on my card. A day later I got a call that they were billing my card for the product but I had not even received it as yet. Although still in the 14 day cancellation period as soon as I received the product I called and said I was returning it. They said they would reverse the charges as soon as they received the product as long as it was not over 10 days. So far they have not reversed the charges and I doubt that they ever will.
