Unresolved Multiple Billing

Three years ago, i changed my home service from phone and internet to internet only. Before i changed it i had service since Verizon began. I was always billed properly and to my correct name. After i changed it, i began receiving three bills under three accounts and two different names. I called the company many times over these years to get this corrected and continued to pay my bill ($23.99/mo) through Billpay from Wells Fargo bank. Finally, in October they were able to stop one of the bills. But said they were unable to stop another or fix my name on the bill. On January 22 i contacted Robert in Tampa billing after my internet was cut off. He seemed to understand the problem and said the previous rep had made mistakes. Ironically, every rep i have ever talked to said the same thing. Robert said a supervisor would call me back. Never happened. I called again Jan 24 and spoke to Will in Indiana. He said Robert had made mistakes. He transferred me to Rachelle in financial services to help make billing correct. Rachelle said i had to fax all my bank statements since August to verify my payments. I explained again that they were all made through Billpay, and Verizon had accepted my payments but not applied them to the correct account for three years. She insisted that there was nothing they could do and i had to send the faxes. Rachelle said she was sending an email on how and where to send them. I got two emails on how to access my account on line. No fax number. I called again Feb 16 after receiving the 2 bills again. One threatened another disconnect. After 45 minutes going over the same ground again, i asked for a supervisor (not my first request just most recent) i was disconnected. I called again. After navigating the voicemail tree for the umteenth time, i got another rep. I immediately asked for a supervisor and was told one would call me back. That was three days ago. They are about to cut my internet off again! I can't take it any more! All i have asked for is: fix my name - Mark St Denny, correct or reissue my bill and start my balance at zero going forward. They still want $178.94!
