I ordered two samples, face cream and eye cream, only one turned up. I ordered on 2 January. Two payments were taken from my bank account on 31 January and I have been told by my bank that they can not stop the payments. I have not signed anything. This is robbery as it is not made clear that you have to return or pay this amount and it may not be the only payments which will be taken.
