Hello, I gather you are familiar with this scam.
I ordered 2 free samples of cream paying post & packing only as per the offer,
they added a third sample for "free".
However, since then 4 payments have been taken from my account totalling £360, I have advised my bank who tell me to cancell the arrangement as they cannot! (not helpfull at all)
I cannot phone these people as BT inform me the number is unavailable.
Emails are as yet unanswered.
Will you PLEASE advise me how to stop these payments and, if possible obtain a refund of this money which we as pensioners cannot afford to lose.
This business is causing us extreme stress!
