I ordered some face cream and face serum on the internet on the understanding that it was a promotional offer where you only had to pay the postage. These products were received within a few days and my bank account was debited with £2.95 and £2.97 on 22 December.
The advertisement did NOT mention that there would be a further deduction for the creams. Since then a company called Agios Demetio has deducted £74.95 on 5 January and I am unable to cancel further payments through my bank (as it is stated to be a "recurring visa transaction" which must be cancelled by the payee!
Does anyone know how I can ensure that no further payments are made?
This is a scam do not order any ANYTHING from this company.
