In January i ordered a free sample of cream only to pay shipping charges £15 app. Next i know three large payments have gone out of my bank account but didn't receive any more cream. My bank sent them a letter giving them 31 days notice to not take any more money out of my bank account. Today i receive another batch of cream that i didn't order and don't want. I will be returning this to the p.O. Box address that i have but how can i stop them from taking out of my bank account? Help.
