I ordered a 20' by 30'canvas print of a photograph from YouFrame (located in Leeds) using a voucher purchased on Groupon. I placed the order on 29/07 and it is now 29/09 and I still have not received my order. I emailed support at YouFrame and eventually received a response asking me to send a reference number I had sent in the original email. I sent the number again and it has been 2 weeks and I have not received and acknowledgement nor response of any kind. I have sent subsequent emails to no avail.
