I accidentally ordered on line. When I called the number on the email notice, I was told they couldn't cancel my order. They said to just mail it back when it came and my account would not be charged. I did that when the package arrived. On my February credit card bill I had the charge for 78.41 plus another charge for 4.95. I called and was given the answer that I did not get permission to send the product back so I didn't follow their return policy. They refused a refund after talking to 2 different people.
