I was a fool and ordered... It said 31$ but was 165$.. I called the company to cancel and they said 40% discount. I called the bank, they said call the company. I ended up finding out I'd have to follow the return policy, which involved paying a 20$ customs fee, the. The new stamp to send it back. When the package arrived, and it did! They will send something. The woman at the post office said to refuse it. If the product was refused, it was never delivered. And they can't charge or something not delivered. So I did. And called the bank. They said I should have check the package instead of shipping it back. And they could not help me, that my only option was to call the company. And I finally did... No answer! The emails could not deliver and phone could not go through! This was bad news until I remembered the bank said I ha to talk to the company. So I now had a good case. I was over-charged, refused a refund, my product "never arrived" and could not contact the company. They started an investigation. Within 3 business days I had 167$ back!
