I ordered a trial size teethe whitener for a supposed $1.03 charge. When checking out online all of a sudden the total was $3.97. I called immediately regarding this extra charge and I was told it was a handling fee. I stated that there was no disclosure of this fee on the ad or while filling out my credit card details which raised a red flag. It only totaled to this amount after I completed my credit card information and clicked on submit. I didn't like their explanation and asked to cancel the order and they said they couldn't do that as it was already processed for shipping. This was only after 1 hr of my order. I knew they were lying. I then called back 2 hrs later to make sure they cancelled my account and would no longer bill me for future orders that would automatically ship to me even though they don't disclose this in the ad. Only then did they say that included in the trial size package were 2 other whitening pens that unless sent back I would be charged $90.00. I complained and all of a sudden no one was on the line. They disconnected me. About 3 days later I got a call from hydrawhite to confirm my address for shipping the product which proved that the first contact was lying about my not being able to cancel since it had already been shipped. Again when I questioned and complained about this whole process, I was suddenly disconnected. I wouldn't have known about the other 2 pens costing $90 had I not called to cancel my account. I did receive the pens and have returned the other 2 pens which had to be received by Jan 23 or I would be charged. Of course that does not fall into the 30 day trial period. Basically I had about 4 days to try the product before deciding to send other pens back. I did send back the other pens & opted to track the shipping as I don't trust this company. This company is a total fraud. Stay away from them. PS The product does not brighten as indicated in ad. It certainly is not worth $90.
