I opened an account through ebay/paypal. Paypal is associated with Bill Me Later. When you make a purchase it says use Bill Me Later for purchases of $99 or more with 6 months to pay and no interest or late fees. I made purchases of $104 in December.in January they called me and said I was later with my payment and charged me a late fee. I told them all my purchases said 6 months to pay. They said the purchases didn't qualify but they would investigate. They still did not fix it. They said it had to be one purchase of $99. I ask them if that was true then why did the first purchase I made of $30.68 was deferred. No where in their terms and disclosures does it say it has to be one purchase of $99.00. This is a rip off. I have done a lot of checking and it seems this is the practices they use on everyone. This is a scam and they need to be shut down.
