I have never kept a balance on my Foley's account. I have always paid in full. Recently, Foley's has decided to start charging me for purchases I never made and they cannot tell me where these purchases were made or what these purchases were. They have been showing up on my bills as "purchase adjustments". After several phone calls to clear this matter up, and I thought I had, I just received another bill (that's two bills in one month). Now I have been charged another $25.00 late payment fee for purchase adjustments I know nothing about. I sat down and spent an hour of my time outlining the incorrect "purchase adjustments", along with my past 12 months of cancelled checks, cut up my cards and included them with my letter and demanded a refund of over $400.00 that I paid for purchase adjustments when every single invoice was paid in full. Pay attention to your invoices from Foley's... Better yet, avoid the headache and cut up your card.
