Bill me later
Paypal bill me later Used bill me later with paypal to pay for ebay purchases. Each time I signed into bill me later to pay for purchases a new account was created without my consent or knowledge (twice)

I used bill me later to pay for some ebay purchases in early 2011. Twice I signed in on the bill me later link from paypal on ebay. I was never prompted to give previous information such as password or username. Each time it was asking me to give my social security (last four digits). Unbeknownst to me I created two accounts. I paid off one account in full and thought I was done. Then I received a bill for 99.00 that was originally only a 6 dollar purchase. I was unaware of this "second" account as I assumed that the social security number was the way to "sign in" to your account. Don't be fooled or make the same mistake. They should not allow customers to have two accounts with the same ssn... To me that is just there way of ensuring extra "late fees" Had both accounts been consolidated together I would have saved more than 90 dollars!

I was told different customers have different "awareness" levels, in other words some are stupid (thanks!) and that it was a "human error" mistake because I supposedly included a middle name in one account and not in another!!! And therefore created a new account. Come on people it should not be that easy to make such a huge mistake. To pay off one account and not even be told you have another second account outstanding??!! I was told by customer service that its a problem and they are looking into it. We gee then can I have all my fees waived??? No. Only one fee was waived and I will never use Bill me later again.: P
