I am a poor student from Singapore. On 12/28 I purchased a trial version of Media Crawler to download a document, and the download failed. Later, the company automatically upgrade my version to full, and deduct 87.78 Singapore dollar (not a small money for a student) from my account without informing my a single word. I only know this yesterday from an e-mail received about this deceiving transaction. I feel extremly angry about this company. May I know what can I do to get my money back? = (
