I clicked on a link to download a free document and was told I need to
register with a totally different website in order to download the doc.
There was a trial fee of $1.99 with no mention of automatic upgrade to full
version, or even the ability to select the full version, there were no
mention of terms and conditions, I paid the $1.99 and was given a link to
download, but the document I wanted to download never existed. Three days
later I was billed for the full version at $69.95.
There was no notice about this automatic transaction. I only know this
yesterday from an e-mail received about this deceiving transaction. I'm so
mad about this. I would like to ask for refund based on the reason above! May
I know what should I do to get my money back?
