Through an online advertisement that assured me I could download the document I was searching for, I signed up for a $29.95 subscription to Media crawler. Media Crawler could not find the document, so I asked that my subscription be cancelled, and my payment be refunded. I did not get the free download as promised, and my subscription has not been refunded to date.
