There was a manga (Piano No Mori) that I wanted to read so much and I thought I can download it right after I subscribe download provider $1.99 promotional trial. But after I paid the fee, I'm being directed to media crawler where I can't find the actual manga that I wanted to download. When I go back inside Download Provider website, I can't even have access on it for any download and my state is still unpaid. This is really a scam, why there is no legal action taken towards this company?
