I placed in a hardship letter stating of my financial problems and they will not honor my hardship letter. They want all the churches i went to for help. What is that? They only want more and more money and will not help out the middle class at all or forgive credit. Looks like they are not a people bank for all. They keep on raising the credit card rates. Something needs to be done with this bank.
