Bank of America is raising all their rates on the credit card customers. I want to ensure that any one looking to get a credit card does not go to Bank of America. The congress wants credit card companies to act in a more friendly way to the consumers and Bank of America is doing just the opposite. I hope that the FDIC or OCC comes down hard on them for their new rate adjustments. I would love to see the credit models they are using to increase all their customer's rates.
I can not believe that a company would jack up rates at time when the rest of the country is trying to help consumers. I had a checking, savings, and credit account with BoA and now I will be closing them all. This is defiantly not the bank of America.
