I called and wanted to try the Joan Rivers Hair Care and they kept asking questions (it was a recording) when I said no the order was doubled —they sent 4 of everything. Then charged $59.50 in shipping. The mirrors fell out of the little cases as soon as I opened them - the brushes fell apart and two fell off the handle upon opening (never used them) I tried to use the hair filler but it was brown and left dark splotches instead of blending. I called and the customer service rep said it is the color "Joan uses on her blond hair". It was an awful and dark color and is an awful product. I tried sending it back but it was returned to me. I couldn't get credit for the shipping and lost all the money. Could not resolve. High Pressure and refusal to acknowledge the loading up of the shipment. Maddening to say the least
