I recently purchased 6 Genie Bras, 3 for their regular price and 3 for "free" with just a $19.99 postage / handling fee. It took a long time for the bras to come and when they did the fit was unfortunately not anything I was expecting after seeing their info TV commercial. So I called to get the access code to return them. Customer service person was pleasant enough, but I was told that returning these would be at my own cost. All 6 were easy to fit into a standard inexpensive brown envelope and with shipping from my home to Wallingford Connecticut, it was under $4.00.
My return was issued several weeks later and when I got it, my bank account was only reimbursed for the cost of the original 3 bras NOT the postage and handling for the "free" ones. So after all this, Genie Bras has my 6 bras back AND $19.99 of my money plus the extra $4.00 I paid out for shipping my return back.
So seriously think before you give this product a try because if you're unhappy with them losing $19.99 plus your return postage, is in my opinion too much to lose to just try them out. And Genie Bras MAKES $19.99 off of every return and still gets their product back. So I'm not sure if they really care if their TV commercials are accurate or not. What would motivate them to portray their product accurately, if they are still making money off of all their returns?
