My graduation is in a couple days, and excited to get a new style, I bought this groupon. I specifically asked the lady if she knew how to do a balayage hair style, which she said yes. And on top of that I told her I wanted absolutely no blonde in my hair only a subtle brown that would be 4 levels lighter than my natural dark brown hair color. As the end results were reviewed, I was left with uneven looking highlights all throughout my hair and of course the dreaded blond/orange/brassiness. She charged me an extra $40 at the end. To say I was beyond pissed is an understatement. Please do not buy this worthless groupon
