Unlimited, Talk, Text and Web Deception... Boost mobile abruptly canceled my service on a Sunday morning and froze my device after collecting a $55.00 payment for Blackberry service. Apparently they felt that I was costing them too much. They said "unlimited use is not unreasonable use" Ironically, I rarely if ever use my phone Monday thru Friday while working. I was forced to purchase a new phone from a new supplier and obtain new service. I have not even received an explanation for their action. Boost is the absolute worst. I regret ever dealing with this company.
