Orange have stated that we have text third party companies and have asked for certain information. Money has been taken out of my bank account to pay for this information. When we have checked the phone no texts have been made nor has the information been received to the phone. The phone has not been used since December. It has been switched off and locked away in a safe place. Yet orange are saying that we have topped up the phone physically with my debit card, then text the companies in question for the message service and been charged a certain amount of money each time. We need my debit card information to top up, and this has not been done by me. I cant understand how it has been, as I only have details about my account no one else has access only orange where they store the information.
