Three weeks ago, I unexpectantly recieved unsolicited text from FREEMSG - youjoined Playnwin. As the text stated it was free. So I applyed to text and I was billed £4.50 for a month without realising my orange monthly bill was increasing. However I recieved the bill. My bill rose to a staggering cost of £50.00. I immediately contract orange customer service 150 regarding the matter. I realise that I was scammed my the lost of £50.00. I was advised to contact Zamano by email also text the 81002 no to 'stop' text directed to my mobile. I have not given my mobile number to this company. This is a scram.
Please could I have refund from the company to amend bills so that I continue paying Orange my bills.in addition, I do this is until this issue is resolved. My mobile is (Personal Information Removed). It is Mrs J. Kamose a long existing Orange customer.

I do not want to get contact other organisation or any legal representive to investigate the case. Please deal with this matter as soon as possible.
